St. Anne Council

 In the Catholic Church the parish/finance council members serve as consultors to the Pastor regarding spiritual and temporal matters of the parish.  As a consultative body they do not legislate matters of the parish.  Although the Pastor may ask for a vote on particular matters he is not bound by the results. The Pastor is solely responsible for the governance of the spiritual and temporal goods of the parish.
