Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery does not offer a second right of burial option in grave spaces. 

The purchase of a grave space grants the holder the following: right to burial in the space and normal maintenance of the grave space (as outlined by Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery). Please note the charge for a grave space does not grant ownership of the space to the holder.

Sale of Graves may NOT be resold or transferred or exchanged except in writing through the office of Holy Trinity Catholic Church pastor. Doing so without permission voids all rights and privileges and ownership is returned to cemetery.

Opening/Closing which includes staking Fees assessed at time of burial:

A fee of $300 for help with perpetual care will be assessed to each burial. These fees are normally assessed through the funeral home but may be billed directly to family and are due prior to burial.

Cemetery Policies

• Vaults are required for all burials including for cremains. For cremains, a combination urn/vault is permitted. 
• As a Catholic Cemetery those to be buried who have chosen cremation are required to adhere to Catholic teaching with respect to cremains in that all cremains are to be buried together and not split apart.
• Due to insurance regulations the digging of graves, including for cremation, by individuals outside of professional companies contracted by Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery is not permitted. 
• As a Catholic Cemetery a Catholic priest is to preside over all burials and as such no private personal burials without a Catholic priest present is permitted.
• A funeral home and director are required to arrange and organize for all burials.
• Planting of trees, shrubs or placement of statues, pots, planters, etc. is NOT permitted on any lot or grave spaces by a private individual(s).
• No placement of statues, ornaments, etc. (outside of anything permanent on headstones) is permitted as these could become a personal safety issue or could become projectiles if caught in mower.
• Absolutely no alcohol containers (glass, plastic, or cans) are permitted to be left on or around graves.
• Glass objects of any type are NOT permitted to be left on or around graves.
• Headstones must be installed by a company whose primary business is headstones. It should be noted that this often requires headstones to be purchased through the installing company. No homemade headstones. Headstones are permitted only for persons buried or intended to be interred/inurned. Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery does not permit memorial headstones for persons not interred/inurned.

Flower and Decoration Regulations

It is suggested that headstones are purchased that have a permanent container built in for those who wish to place flowers on graves. The use of flower saddles on headstones other than using permanent headstone containers is greatly appreciated.

Any temporary decorations such as placement of cut flowers or wreaths, etc. are permitted, however they are subject to removal, without notice, for purposes of mowing & maintenance safety. All temporary flowers, wreaths, etc. must be within vase not placed in ground. All temporary decorations are asked to be removed by person who placed them no later than week after placement.

• If flowers and decorations are not removed, they are subject for removal and disposal without notification.

Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery is a country cemetery and because of that various critters sometimes like to make a home within them. This includes the digging of holes. We do our best to fill in and maintain these pests, however, it is often difficult to do. Thus, please use caution when walking through our cemeteries.
